Orthanc, or the Isengard, is the home of the write wizard Saruman.1
The tower reaches the clouds and is mostly constructed of basalt. Loosely based on an image found online, it’s a completely original build.
The wall and the lava cracks were added later, as well as the ents attacking the tower. The top floor houses the palantir aka the vision stone.
Saruman does not like visitors, but don’t mind him, feel free to explore.
