We have now /report!

For example, if someone stole your diamonds, you can use "/report My diamonds got stolen" and staff will take a look!

Your name, time and coordinates are included in the report automagically.

Little additions:

Added /phantoms for players with the emerald rank or higher. Makes possible to toggle phantom spawning per-player.
Killed animals can now trigger grief alerts.
Vanished players are no longer affected by command cooldowns.

The server now supports Minecraft 1.21.9.
