Otohia is an underwater town founded by CometCT. It has conduits, so you don't need to worry about oxygen in this town. It has a public chest with building blocks, but only for Otohia builds.

Dolphins
There are two dolphins under spruce trapdoors that are helping with movement when you will come close to them. They are named Arrow & Archer.
