After all due investigation, which was intercepted many times ~~with~~ hordes of other drowned, there was only one conclusion to make. Frank was dead. 	The likely explanation is that Frank’s new partner committed the most heinous crime and killed Frank. There is no evidence of the kids dying though, so we all hope they survived and are building a new life somewhere.
