'''The Spawn''' is beautiful town at the server spawn, middle of the world. Anyone can build there, so it has many nice builds and homes of numerous players.

* Spawn Lake - The place where people spawn when joining for the first time.
* Newbie chest - A few steps down the stairs you will find a chest with useful stuff for new players. Anyone can restock and donate eg. food, tools or building materials.

* Community Center - This building has public chests where anyone can drop their extra stuff for other to use for free. Also a post office woth mailboxes for trading with people who are not online.

Modifying other people's builds without a permission is called '''griefing''' and it's strictly prohibited here. This includes following actions:

* Breaking or placing blocks.
* Taking items from or putting items into containers (chests, barrels, furnaces, armor stands etc.).
* Killing mobs or other entities.
Terraformed areas are considered as builds. It's also possible to claim a small area using a sign. That kind of claims are no longer valid if the players becomes inactive.

Permissions to do above things are usually given via signs.
* If you’re collaborating with someone, add a sign in the building listing your names and ”have perms for this build”.
* If you allow someone to your your chests, write the playername and ”has perms”.
* If you share a base with someone, write ”Shared base:” and playernames.

The permission signs need to be written by the person who owns the build/chests or has a permission from their owner.

Temporary permissions can be also given in chat. They will expire in 24 hours. You can also give permissions in the wiki and forum.

Also, if two players are logged in from same IP, they have full perms for each other's stuff.

You must follow these rules while playing on the server. Rule breakers will be first warned and then banned. If you are unsure about something, feel free to ask from our [[moderator]]s. Please use common sense!

Modifying other people's builds without a permission is called '''griefing''' and it's strictly prohibited here. This includes following actions:

* Breaking or placing blocks.
* Taking items from or putting items into containers (chests, barrels, furnaces, armor stands etc.).
* Killing mobs or other entities.
Terraformed areas are considered as builds. It's also possible to claim a small area using a sign. That kind of claims are no longer valid if the players becomes inactive.

Permissions to do above things are usually given via signs.
* If you’re collaborating with someone, add a sign in the building listing your names and ”have perms for this build”.
* If you allow someone to your your chests, write the playername and ”has perms”.
* If you share a base with someone, write ”Shared base:” and playernames.

The permission signs need to be written by the person who owns the build/chests.

Temporary permissions can be also given in chat. They will expire in 24 hours. You can also give permissions in the wiki and forum.

Also, if two players are logged in from same IP, they have full perms for each other's stuff.

As a mod, you are responsible for making sure the server [[rules]] are followed. You are also expected to guide new players and be helpful and friendly in general. And always, please '''assume good faith'''. Most people want to be nice.

== Checking grief alerts ==
If you want to hide yourself before checking, do <code>/vanish on</code> and take your armor off. That makes you invisible and allows flying. Use <code>/vanish off</code> to disable it.

When you see an unclear alert use <code>/co teleport <x> <y> <z></code> to teleport there. Then use <code>/co inspect</code> to check it (left click tells about the block you're looking at and right-click tells about the block next to it or container transactions).

We have zero-tolerance for any kind of discrimination. Racial slurs will get you immediately permabanned.
