Custom audio player and uploader

I think it would be really cool to be able to upload custom mp3 and wav files to music discs and/or mod heads using a command, just like how the mod named audioplayer by henkelmax works. It wouldnt intervene with normal gameplay at all, and can be a reward to those with higher ranks. It also allows players to create more immersive bases with ambience and sound effects, and allows them to share music with other members without having to leave the minecraft server. I think its a great idea, but unfortunately, the audioplayer mod is reliant on simple vc to work, so if you want to work on another project, keep this in mind!

As this kind of functionality is not possible without using resource packs or client mods, we will not implement it. All server features should work with the vanilla game.
